About Us
Ortiz Auto Detailing was founded by Benito Ortiz, a Germantown, WI native who turned a genuine passion for cars into a professional detailing business at just 20 years old. Rather than settling for the ordinary, Benito made a significant investment to complete a five-day intensive training program at the Polish and Punish Academy in Seattle, Washington under Jonathan Monson, one of the most respected figures in the professional detailing industry. That training covered hands-on technique, business systems, and standard operating procedures, giving Ortiz Auto Detailing a foundation that goes well beyond what most detailers bring to the table.
From there, Benito built his own fully equipped mobile detailing van, established fleet accounts with recognized businesses like Tesla, Fastenal, and Amazon DSP fleets, and grew a loyal client base throughout the greater Milwaukee area. What sets Ortiz Auto Detailing apart is a simple but unwavering standard: every client deserves a result they are genuinely proud of. That belief carries through every service the team delivers, from a basic hand wash to a full ceramic coating package.

Where are you located?
Our shop is located at W124N13725 Wasaukee Rd, Germantown, Wisconsin 53022. We also offer a fully equipped mobile detailing service that comes directly to you anywhere in our service area.
Do you offer mobile detailing?
We do. Our mobile unit is completely self-sufficient with its own generator, pressure washer, air compressor, and fresh water supply. We can come to your home, your workplace, or anywhere else in our service area and deliver the same quality you would expect at our shop.

We offer a full range of professional detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, full detailing packages, ceramic coating, paint correction, mobile detailing, and fleet detailing. Whether you need a quick refresh or a complete transformation, we have a service that fits.
